Today April 3rd was my “official” last day at Siperian. It has been an exciting 4 years, full of wonderful moments and memories and a lot to be thankful and proud of. I’m excited about the next great opportunity and adventure that awaits, there certain is substantial activity and innovation in all facets of technology, even in this downturn. MDM, Data Integration, Data Warehousing has never been hotter with the significant increase in volumes of data being generated through social networking (doing my part with this post), mobile connectivity, data retention compliance and real-time analytics to name a few drivers.
Just as every successful company must adapt to changing market conditions, technology innovations and competitive threats, I believe we too as individuals must refresh and renew our thinking and our skills. Only can we then continue on a growth path that will make us stronger personally and professionally to contribute to the next great thing around the corner …
