- While social network hopping this morning I happened upon a tweet mentioning Hubspot, which to many of you might not be a new discovery. Clicking through I watched an interesting video about “How to Combine SEO, Blogging, and Social Media for Marketing Results” a good basic primer for those new to these “inbound marketing” opportunities.
- The video, apart from being educational for beginners mentioned a couple of their “free” products websitegrader.com and twittergrader.com Of course I tried twittergrader by typing in my username ramonchen and got the obviously “I’m not in the system” reply of: You are Ranked 2,151,265 out of 2,084,867
Now I’m relatively new to Twitter (since March 09) but you would think they’d have a better error message than that - Exploring further I noticed that they have rankings (of course) within geographies, so I typed San Francisco. While scrolling down I found Evan Williams, CEO and Founder of Twitter w/550k followers.
- Linking to his website evhead.com and reading his blog entries, I scrolled to the bottom and found the funny graphic (which unfortunately has since been removed)
