Until recently all Synon Model Applications were written entirely using Synon/2 for the AS/400. Obsydian is the next generation application development environment and Synon Model Applications are being redeveloped in this new environment. . The first of this new generation of Synon Model Applications is SMA Financials CS400, the sister product to Synon/Financials, and will be released throughout 1998 in the following phased delivery schedule:
